Following up from my last post, here are my top 3 news highlights lately:
I went to Tokyo for an exhibition and got to see my niece, who’s all grown up now! 👧
My usually energetic son was down with a mysterious virus and had a high fever for a whole week. 🤒
My son was chosen as captain for his baseball team’s official C-class game, but they lost badly. 😩 However, they had their first win as a team in the practice match the next day, and his excitement was through the roof! 🎉
When your child is sick, you just wish you could take their place, right?
It’s heartbreaking to see them suffer. And even though he can be a bit cheeky at times, he gets so clingy when he’s not feeling well, it’s like he’s a little kid again. It brings back such sweet memories. 😊
Even when he was feeling awful, his love for baseball never wavered! It’s amazing to see someone so young find something they’re passionate about and give it their all. It’s truly inspiring. ✨

My son absolutely adores these cushions because they look just like our old dog! He even gave them names and seems to have formed a real attachment to them. It was so cute seeing him cuddle with the cushion when he had that high fever.

Also, for my son who’s constantly saying “I can’t find my keys!!!!”, I bought this cute key case. 🔑
I thought the macaroni edge ones might be a bit too cute for a boy, but the kappa (water spirit) one from the “macaroni edge Knitted Mascot Kurenai Osora Collab Key Case” is adorable even for him to carry, and I knew he’d love it! So I bought it right away! It’s easy to spot, so I think the “lost keys” incidents have decreased. 😅

Our household has become all about baseball, and thanks to my son, we’re now Hanshin Tigers fans! ⚾
Since the away games aren’t often broadcasted on TV, he wants to listen to them on the radio. I’m thinking of surprising him with the “Opt! Grandpa radio” for his very own radio. 😉
