I realized I’ve never really written about what my department actually does, so let’s chat about that a bit today.
My team, the WEB Department, handles sales on Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, and our own website. But we’ve given our Rakuten store a bit of a makeover. Did you notice? 😉
About a year ago, we relaunched it as “SMILE LIFE GIFT ‘Sincere Store'”, aiming to create a space where you can pop in to find that perfect little gift. 🎁
We focus on products that you might not buy for yourself, but would be thrilled to receive. Things that are a little bit special, perfect for a present, or maybe even something funny to get a laugh. Of course, we’d love for you to find something for yourself too!
Since we’re suggesting a lot of items as “gifts,” we’re putting extra effort into our wrapping. 🎀 Our staff carefully considers the shape of each product and wraps it in the best way possible.
Right now, we’re offering free gift wrapping for most items. Material costs are going up, which is a bit of a headache, but we’re going to keep offering free wrapping for a little while longer. (If we suddenly start charging, please forgive us… 🙏 You’ll know why…)
We have a wide variety of items, so the wrapping method might differ depending on the product, and sometimes we might not be able to wrap certain things. Please be understanding! ❤️
As we head into December, I’m sure many of you will be looking for gifts. When that time comes, remember, “Ah, Sincere’s Rakuten store has free gift wrapping!” and come check us out. 😂
