Sincere started in 2006 in a small office in Nipponbashi, Osaka. By maintaining an end-to-end approach—handling everything from planning and design to manufacturing and sales—we have brought products to countless customers through department stores, select shops nationwide, and OEM projects with major companies. The strong relationships of trust built with our long-standing partners remain one of our most cherished assets.

Dress is generally casual. We foster a friendly, open culture where communication flows naturally rather than a rigid or formal atmosphere.
We operate on a standard 5-day workweek (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off), with additional time off for Summer and New Year holidays. Overtime is minimal, offering a well-balanced work-life environment.
Generally, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks from application to offer. We can adjust the timeline flexibly based on your situation.
